Terms of Service

What SentryNexus is (and isn't)

SentryNexus is a preparation and self-assessment tool for CMMC / NIST SP 800-171. It helps you scope, score, and stage an assessment before you enter it into SPRS yourself. It does not connect to or submit anything to SPRS, PIEE, or any government system, it confers no CMMC certification or SPRS access, and it is not legal or compliance-certification advice. You are responsible for your official submissions and for verifying requirements against the authoritative sources.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Keep your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The platform is not authorized to store CUI; every upload requires a no-CUI attestation.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security or access other organizations’ data, or use it unlawfully.
• Do not represent SentryNexus output as an official government determination or certification.

Free and paid tiers are described on the pricing page. Paid features, where offered, are subject to the plan terms presented at purchase.

Intellectual property

SentryNexus and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us the limited right to process it to operate the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that scores, statuses, or guidance will be error-free or that they reflect the most current regulatory requirements. Regulatory references can change; verify against the authoritative sources (NIST SP 800-171 / 800-171A, the DoD Assessment Methodology, 32 CFR Part 170, and the applicable DFARS/FAR clauses).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentryNexus and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the service or from any official submission you make.

Changes & termination

We may modify the service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
